Sometimes in the middle of the night we would find Symeon lying on his back after flipping himself over from his preferred stomach sleeping position. However, recently he has been trying to roll himself over while he was awake. On Saturday with both Shelva and I watching Symeon rolled over for the first time. Now he is an old pro, and as soon as you put him on his back he wants to roll onto his stomach. Here is a video of Symeon in action!

I knew he was going to turn over soon. for he was trying the nights I was watching him. He looks so cute. Each day he will be doing more and more.

He's gotten a tasted of exploring and trying new things. He's got So many firsts coming up but now he knows he can do it.
I read something once that was referring to the fact that adults need to be more like children. How many times did Symeon try to roll over and fail? Yet, everyday (or night, I guess) he tried it again, knowing it didn't work last time.
There are some situations in life that adults would do well to keep trying, even though you failed yesterday. God's amazing grace gets factored in there, too.
