Just today

Well Symeon started pushing himself up which is fun to watch. He holds his head up awhile then drops it to rest and then up again. It is great fun and the pictures are just so cute.

Truly Blessed

The church Shawn works for PT as a youth pastor gave us a wonderful shower last week. It was lots of fun and Symeon received some cute clothes and some other wonderful items. We were truly blessed again by people's generosity. Thank you Mt. Calvary!!

This is also Symeon's favorite sleeping position it is pretty funny to see his arm and leg just hanging there but he loves it.

Just hanging out with our guy

Here are Shawn and I just hanging out with our little guy. He just reached double digits so he is now 10 weeks old. He is such a blessing and a very easy going baby we feel really blessed.

Who has the cuter feet?

The Political Areana for Babies

Symeon went to his first rally in Harrisburg. Obama stopped here and held a rally on the Capital steps so we all went to see him. Symeon took it all in for about an hour then proceeded to sleep through Obama's speech and people cheering. Overall it was a fun night and really they are never to young to start taking a stand.

Much to his Grandpop's sadness Symeon has decided to be a democrat. Here he is with the sticker he got the night of the rally. He was one of the youngest supporters there, although we did see some other babies as we were leaving.

Smiling

Well Symeon continues to smile and make a noise that seems like the beginning of a laugh although not for the camera. Here are several pictures of me trying to get him to smile. As soon as I would put the camera down he would smile and I would try to catch it with little success. Although he isn't smiling in any of these you can at least see how he is growing and changing.

Family Picture

Thought you all might want to see a family picture a friend took for us.

Symeon and Mom

Just so cute

This is one of my favorite pictures of Symeon so I wanted to share it. I love him in this baseball hat. We get so many comments and smiles when he wears this out and about.

2 months old

Well it is hard to believe that Symeon is two months old but it is true. He is getting big and is lots of fun. He smiles often although never when the camera is out which is pretty funny. As soon as he sees the camera he becomes very serious and although we try we can't get the littlest smile from him. Here are some cute pictures of his everyday happenings. Enjoy!

Symeon loves his changing table he would lay there for hours if we let him!! He usually gets so excited the whole thing shakes because he kicks his legs and moves his arms so fast and hard.

We would like to redeem Symeon from his first bath video. He loves baths now and basically just lays there relaxing in what we call his baby bath recliner.

Symeon went to visit his good friends and here is Ben holding him. Symeon loved Ben lots and was so happy visiting him. When we were leaving Ben told me Symeon was cuter than he thought he would be. I was glad to hear this. Ben was so sweet with Symeon and showed him such tender love what a great little boy my friend Amos has raised!

Here is Amos Ella and Ben all giving Symeon lots of attention. It was so sweet.

OK this was the cutest. This is Ella holding Symeon she will be two in a few weeks and she would get so excited sometimes over the baby that she would shake and giggle. It was so beautiful she just loved holding him. She was so tender and did not know what to do with herself at times because she was so over joyed by him and the feeling was mutual for Symeon although he does not know how to show it just yet. We had a great day thanks Poff Family!! HOpe to see you all again soon.

The CRIB arrives

The crib is here and it is beautiful. My Dad made the crib and my Mom made all the bedding and my Dad brought it down from CT yesterday. It is wonderful and Symeon slept in it last night for the first time. Here are a few pics so you can see how talented both my parents are! Thanks Dad and Mom we love it!!!
